- Pete, You are right about behavior is not the person. But what you and she went through is life changing. There are many feelings we have during painful times get burried because they hurt to much to look at. It is a self protection mechinism. Problem is, burried feelings don't stay burried.

- There is never an easy answer to relationship problems. Saying what you said, Robert- only shows what you do not know about relationships. It is easy to point a finger and say that is the problem- or he or she is to blame for everything. Point is- thats not true.

- They were at a truly historical event, provision should have been made for acknowledging the Pres. And it was a band- not the army!

- If Obama feels he can cut through the issues and change the circumstances, then he should at least try. We already know guns don't work.

- That is the rule or law, of the Senate. Those who think it should be different can work towards changing it. till then it must be lawful.
